1. Scope

This Cookie Policy explains how quako, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on this marketing website (quako.io). It does not cover app.quako.io, which has its own session and security cookies governed by your Order Form and our Data Processing Addendum.

2. What this site actually sets

Most pages on this site are static HTML with no client-side JavaScript and set no cookies at all. The one exception is the contact form at /contact, which sets a single strictly necessary cookie to protect the form from cross-site request forgery. That cookie is deleted automatically when it expires and is never used to track you across visits or across other websites.

3. What this site does not use

We do not use, and this site does not set, any of the following:

Analytics or measurement cookies

Third-party cross-site tracking of any kind

If that changes in the future, we will update this table and the “lastUpdated” date at the top of this page, and, where required by law, request your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

4. Managing cookies

Because the only cookie this site sets is strictly necessary for a feature you actively use (submitting the contact form), there is no consent banner. You can still block or delete it through your browser’s cookie settings; doing so may prevent the contact form from submitting successfully.

5. Changes to this policy

Changes to this policy are recorded in the legal changelog. The “Effective” date above reflects when the current version took effect.
